In August 2023, People (Karen) on Biscayne illegally STOLE our shop and brand (Txxx Ixx). For the past 7 years, our co-founders Jonathan Chen, Henry Chen fully built and operated this business — Karen was never involved in the business for even ONE single day. That’s way She don’t know the single thing about this business, so she closed for half year. She sacrifices everything if money demands, families, co-founders, and partners. For those who work for her, watch out, she enjoying using and manipulating you.

This is fraud, theft, and a blatant hijacking of our company. We are under full legal action to reclaim what was stolen.
